6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.
7. Revisions & Changes
The number of revision rounds included in a project will be defined in the project agreement. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as a change order subject to additional cost and timeline adjustments.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeBriefly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

Projects may involve third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, or payment processors. WeBriefly is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services used in connection with a project.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an active project engagement as outlined in the applicable project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the point of termination remain payable.
12. Governing Law
